Downstairs with one king bed and one single bed. Ensuite bathroom, opening windows, heat pump/air conditioner, tea and coffee-making, hair dryer. Larger shower than the other rooms. View of pohutukawa tree and forest area across the road. Suits people with walking difficulties as there is flat entry.
